KidzoPlanet provides educational lessons, quizzes, printable worksheets, games, and parent tools for families. The website and mobile apps are provided “as is”.
2. Parental responsibility
A parent or guardian must create and manage the family account. Parents are responsible for child profiles, Parent Zone PIN security, approved video content, and device use.
3. Accounts
Sign-in may use email, Google, or Apple authentication. You are responsible for keeping account access secure. Do not share parent credentials or PINs with children.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or use the app in ways that violate applicable law or third-party terms (including YouTube).
5. Content
Learning content is for educational use. Third-party videos remain subject to their providers’ terms. You retain ownership of information you enter; you grant us permission to store and sync it solely to provide the service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app, learning outcomes, cloud sync failures, or third-party services. Use at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
