- Sign-in fails — Check network access and try again with the same Google or Apple account used at setup.
- Forgot Parent Zone PIN — Sign in as parent and reset the PIN from family settings. Do not share the PIN with kids.
- Worksheets won’t print/share — Allow storage/share permissions and try Print or Share again from the worksheet screen.
- YouTube videos missing — Parents must approve channels or playlists in Parent Zone before kids can watch.
